Instructor

Laura Colavito, MA is the Assistant Director of Career Education in University Career Services at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. She received her MA in School Counseling from George Washington University, after which time she spent over 10 years in various industry and higher ed leadership roles, including Career Development Advisor in the Georgia Tech Career Center, Campus Recruiting Coordinator for Deloitte and Employer Relations Manager at George Washington University. Laura uses her corporate recruiting knowledge to demystify the recruiting process and provide proven job search and interview strategies to increase outcomes for individuals in the higher ed space who are interested in exploring industry roles.
